Shipping costs

We currently do not offer express post due to courier delays not currently ensuring fast deliveries.

Local pick up
We offer a free local pick up option if you are in the Sunshine Coast area. Local pick up is at Buderim. You will receive the address after placing your order.

Delivery timeframes (for Australia only)
Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase – all orders.
Delivery: Up to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural locations may take up to 2 weeks.

International shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of $40.
Please note that delivery to locations other than Australia may take up to 6 weeks.
High Frequency Tea is not responsible for border fees, taxes or customs charges.
All orders are sent via the most trusted and efficient service, Australia Post. if you wish to have your parcel delivered by DHL, please get in touch. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Your shipping details
We recommend providing a work or home address where someone will be available to sign between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Or just let us know in your order notes that you give authority for the courier to leave your package at the door.
