Tara Hegerty is a devoted mother of two, a respected practitioner on Australia's Sunshine Coast, and the woman behind High Frequency Tea.
Her journey with tea began the way the best things do - at home. In her family kitchen, where having a cuppa was not just a habit but a daily act of connection and care. That love led her to pursue a diploma in tea blending, where she fell deep into the art and science of what a single cup can actually do.
When the vision for High Frequency Tea arrived - completely unexpected - she knew it was time.
Drawing on her expertise in clinical kinesiology, water consciousness, and energetic frequency, Tara created something the tea world had never seen. Blends that don't just nourish the body. Blends that communicate with it. That meet the nervous system where it is. That hold the body in the frequency of where it is going.
